I'm on a diet and I already had too much to eat earlier.
Breakfast- apple with peanut butter
Lunch/snack- About 2 1/2 peanut butter rice krispie treats (badd!)

Now i'm going out to a chinese restaurant with friends. I'm not really hungry, so I just want to get something light.
What is healthier/has less calories, 1 or 2 spring rolls or a small cup of egg drop soup?
