I make a very large pot because of family and i think its good to freeze and have the next day or so, yeah so, i put in like 3 quarters of an average bag of lentils, 2 or 2 and a half ham stock cubes, like 6 carrots, 3 quarters of a turnip, few leafs of cabbage, 2 spring onions (but only the white bit) and on occasion one diced potato and all of the above is blended in a blender except the potato ...is this healthy or is it fattening? i mean i know it obviously has calories so does everything but is it a healthy option and is it good to have maybe just like 4/5 bowls of this in a day to lose weight rather than full on meals? ...thanks.x
What greens? and yeah i said turnip so im best just putting that in without potato? also its not actually ham its just a stock cube like its just a flavouring, not actualy ham.x
